Many of you will already know Natalie as a current parent and recent past President of Mentone Grammar’s Parents & Friends (P&F) group for over five years.

Natalie brings a wealth of leadership in commercial performance and problem solving with a focus on strong governance to achieve strategic goals. With her open, honest approach to management and relationship building and her ability to bring diverse perspectives to achieve high performance, Natalie has delivered extensive national and global success in logistics, retail, Software as a Service (SaaS), digital and identity services and health.

Natalie is currently Sales Director – Custom Plates and Value Added Services for VicRoads, undertaking a major transformational project aimed at strengthening service delivery platforms, culture, operating models and commercial sustainability to deliver the organisation’s long term strategy.

Natalie adds additional depth to the Board bringing expertise in strategic management together with high level risk and governance as well as digital knowledge and skills.
