Commencing as Mentone Grammar’s Director of Business in mid-July 2023, Scott is highly regarded for his ability to collaborate with teams and deliver results across diverse business areas including finance, risk management, IT, marketing and communications, facility management, policy and building projects.

Prior to his appointment at Mentone Grammar, Scott was the Director of Business at Christ Church Grammar School, where he was responsible for all business and property operations.

He has also held the positions of COO and Executive General Manager with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) where he reported to the CEO and was responsible for developing and implementing the strategic and operational plans, priorities and projects for the College. The scope of Scott’s position included overseeing the communications and stakeholder relations functions in addition to developing advocacy opportunities.

Previously, Scott spent nearly twenty years with the Melbourne Cricket Club (MCC) reporting to the CEO in senior leadership roles spanning facilities, membership, customer services, and heritage.
