Alisa is the Director of People and Culture for Mentone Grammar School.  By sheer chance, Alisa discovered her love of all things Human Resources when she secured a permanent role working in HR with Southcorp Wines in the UK.  This led to her eventually returning to Australia to complete her HR qualifications while working full-time in recruitment at ANZ Bank.  Over 23 years later, Alisa has worked across various sectors including independent schools, ICT, corporate, banking, events, and sporting associations within Australia and the UK.  After joining Camberwell Grammar School in 2018 as their first HR Manager, Alisa spent over 6 years building and developing the HR department and quickly learned that Education was where she belonged.

Over her extensive HR career, she has been responsible for leading strategic and operational HR initiatives, developing both short- and long-term HR vision and strategy, facilitated organisational structure, worked across IR/ER matters, HR projects, Recruitment, channelled her passion for wellbeing into the development and implementation of successful wellbeing programs and more.
