Look at What We’re Building

A great deal of work has been undertaken to research and develop our School’s Master Plan and ensure it is conducive to further enhancing our positive culture, our educational and co-curricular offerings and our care for the individual, as we constantly strive to create ‘an even better school’.

We are currently undertaking our most ambitious build to date, with the creation of the new Bayview Learning Precinct. This major development enables our School to simultaneously expand our facilities to meet growing demand, while also creating smaller and more intimate campuses for our students to feel at home. The building will primarily accommodate our Bayview students in Years 7 & 8. However, the design includes shared resources to benefit all students.

Bayview Learning Precinct

Some of the key features include state-of-the-art classrooms and science laboratory; learning lounges, meeting pods and breakout spaces; landscaped rooftop social space, Bayview Quad and Wellness Island; as well as a multipurpose gym and presentation space, together with beautiful changing facilities.

A key deliverable of the project is to minimise local traffic with a dedicated bus zone on Naples Road, additional ‘kiss-and-go’ drive through area, secure bicycle compound, and an underground carpark cleverly hidden beneath a large versatile sporting field and play space. The Precinct is also being developed to the highest environmental and sustainable standards.

Latest Update

We extend our sincere thanks to our entire community for their patience as we have navigated this big build. All going well, we are on track to welcome students into the new Precinct in Term 1, 2024.
