Parents submit an online Registration for Enrolment (via the Register for Enrolment button below) with non-refundable registration fee of $200 and all required documentation. You will need to complete one form per child.

IMPORTANT: Acceptance of your registration will place your child on our waitlist – this DOES NOT guarantee an enrolment; places are in extremely high demand and offered according to waitlist priorities, date of application, and at the Principal’s discretion.

Register for Local Enrolment

Approximately two years prior to commencement, our Enrolments Team will contact families to confirm their intent to proceed with the application. Parents submit an online Data Collection Form and a New Student Profile Form with up-to-date reports and other required documentation.

Families are invited to attend an enrolment interview with the Head of Campus or other relevant staff member. If approved, the School will issue a letter of offer.

Upon receiving the letter of offer for a place, parents have 14 days to accept by completing and returning the Enrolment Agreement with the non-refundable acceptance fee. Please note, Foundation families are also required to pay a $1,000 tuition deposit in the year prior to commencement. The tuition deposit amount is credited upon commencement.

Enrolment fees:       

• $200 non-refundable, non-transferrable Registration Fee (local students)
• $300 non-refundable, non-transferrable Registration Fee (international students)
• $1000 non-refundable, non-transferrable Entrance Fee - first child at Mentone Grammar
• $400 non-refundable, non-transferrable sibling Entrance Fee - second or subsequent child at Mentone Grammar
• $200 non-refundable, non-transferrable Returning Student Entrance Fee
• $1000 non-refundable, non-transferrable Foundation Holding Fee. Fee will be deducted from Term 1 Foundation fees if your child commences in Foundation.
