An opportunity exists for a suitably qualified Mathematics teacher to join Mentone Grammar, on a 0.8FTE time fraction. 

This position is for an initial 6 month term, with the view to an ongoing appointment. Commencing in Term 3 2013, the successful incumbent will be an outstanding classroom teacher, knowledgeable in current pedagogical thinking, committed to student welfare and willing to partake in the School’s co-curricular activities.  

The incumbent will have demonstrated experience in and a genuine passion for teaching Mathematics to mid to senior level students (Years 7-12).  Experience teaching at VCE level would be advantageous.

In addition, you will have an understanding of and commitment to the ethos of independent schooling.

This role requires a true educator, someone who can inspire, challenge and motivate all students to achieve their full potential.
